When you book an appointment or contact us through our website, we collect:

- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Appointment details (date, time, service requested)
- Any message you send us via our contact form
We do not collect payment information through the website. Payment is taken in person at the time of your appointment.
Where Your Data is Stored
Your data is stored securely on our website’s hosting server, provided by SiteGround, which stores data within the EU. Booking confirmation emails are also sent and stored using our website’s email service, hosted by SiteGround.
Third-party services we use
Our website uses the following third-party services, which may process limited technical data as part of their function
- Google reCAPTCHA – used to protect our contact and booking forms from spam and abuse.
- Fonts are self-hosted and no data is sent to Google.

How long we keep your data
We keep booking and enquiry records for 6 years from the end of the relevant tax year, in line with Irish Revenue record-keeping requirements for business records. After this period, records are securely deleted.

- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it (e.g. cookies)
