Nature’s Gift Therapies Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To provide the highest level of care and accommodate all clients fairly, the following cancellation policy applies to all appointments.

Cancellations

Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any charge.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend an appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.
The full treatment fee will still apply.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation at the therapist’s discretion.

Emergency Circumstances

Fees may be waived in cases of genuine illness, family emergency, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, at the therapist’s discretion.

Prepaid Appointments and Gift Vouchers

For prepaid appointments, late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the session.
Gift voucher appointments cancelled with insufficient notice may be considered redeemed.

Therapist Cancellation

In the event that the therapist needs to cancel an appointment, clients will be offered the option to reschedule at the earliest available time or receive a full refund of any prepaid fees.

Policy Acknowledgement

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
